Booking your pool kit
Simply book your pool directly here using the Booking Form, There is a lot to consider when you’re having a baby. We’ve been doing this for a long time. Over 26 years. We have a lot of experience with water birth and birth pool hire, so you can relax and leave that part of it up to us.

Our kits come with everything you’ll need and simple instructions and we’re always available to help you out if necessary.

Here is some helpful information to consider and always feel free to ring us to have a chat about your specific needs.

Quality Assurance
Our pool kits are checked, inflated, washed and sterilized in between every hire to ensure you a stress-free water birth.

Delivery
We offer free delivery. You only pay for the return of your kit, but we’ll handle that for you. Just let us know when you’re ready to return your kit and a courier will collect it from your doorstep. You just need a printer to print the return label.
You will receive a quote for return freight at the time of your booking.
We ask that you return your pool kit immediately after your baby is born.

Rental Period
It is a 5 week rental period and we leave it up to you when you’d like to start your hire period.
Should you need to extend your hire period, the daily rate of $15 per day will apply and be deducted from your deposit when the pool kit is returned.
You can change your hire start date at any time prior to dispatch or collection.

Cancellations
You can cancel your booking at any time up until the day prior to it being dispatched or collected.
You will receive your deposit back less a $30 admin fee.

Keeping your pool hot.
Our silent siphon system will drain cooling water effortlessly, so you can top it up with hot water.
You can also purchase a heat retention cover through our shop to help keep the water warm for the long labours and to cover it prior to use.

Emptying Your Pool
Our water powered siphon system is completely silent and does not require electricity. It can be used to regulate the temperature during a birth to siphon out cooling water and makes the emptying process a breeze.
It silently siphons 600 litres in 10 minutes.
